We ship orders every day from Sunday to Thursday.  From the time you place your order it should take 1-2 days until your order is processed, packed and shipped.   We do not operate on Jewish Holidays.  Orders which are placed on Jewish Holidays will be shipped right after the holiday.

We offer two shipping options. Airmail 7-20 days (this is an estimate.  There is no guaranteed timeframe for regular airmail) or EMS (International Express Mail) 2-4 days. This does not include the 1-3 days to process and pack and ship your order.

Prices for shipping vary depending on which shipping method you choose and which country you are shipping to.  To find out your estimated shipping charge, just add the items you want to your cart.  A shipping estimator will be displayed below your cart that will show you your estimated shipping costs. 

If you need to return an item for any reason, please use the contact us form to let us know.  We will contact you by phone or email to give you detailed instructions on how to send it to make sure that you get full credit for your return.
