How do you offer your Shofars at such a low price? Many Judaica websites purchase their Shofars from large Judaica distribution companies. We purchase ours directly from a Shofar factory here in Israel. This cuts out the middleman and saves you money.
How do I know if my Shofar will have a nice sound?
Of course, the most important thing about a Shofar is how it sounds. We go periodically to the Shofar factory that we work with and try out hundreds of Shofars of every size and type. We only purchase the ones that are easy to blow and omit a clear beautiful sound.

Can I choose the color of my Shofar? Shofars are made of a natural horn. Each one has a different pattern and color combination. Most of them are a mix of colors. Every now and then we get a Ram's horn Shofar that is all black or all white. If you have a preference for a certain shade of Shofar, please put a comment in the comment box during checkout. WE CANNOT PROMISE THAT WE WILL SEND YOU THE COLOR YOU REQUEST. But we will try to accommodate your request if possible.
All natural Shofars have an odor. The actual material that the Shofar is made out of omits a smell. This makes it impossible to remove all of the odor from any real Shofar. There are some companies that sell 'odorless Shofars'. These are either made of fiberglass, that is to say they are not Shofars, or they are sealed on the inside with lacquer.
Sealing a Shofar on the inside with lacquer alters its sound dramatically. For this reason, we do not sell such Shofars.
